Preheat conventional oven to 350 degrees.
Wipe down baking pan before use.
Grease baking pan with butter, margarine or cooking spray and dust lightly with flour.
Be sure to wash hands. Cooking can be messy work. You might want to wear a smock or apron.
Empty brownie mix, 1 egg, 1 T water and 3 T vegetable oil in bowl.
Stir with spoon until well blended (about 50 strokes). Use spatula to spread batter evenly into baking pan.
T = Tablespoon
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Brownies are done when toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
While brownie bakes, design your Create & Eat Brownie Treats on paper with Crayola crayons and markers.
Remove brownie from oven and cool completely. To remove brownie from pan: cut around edges, hold waxed paper over brownie and invert onto flat surface. Center plate over brownie and flip once more. Now you have a smooth canvas to paint your design!
Mix dry frosting with 1½ T warm water in small bowl.
Stir with fork until smooth and set aside.
If you wish, cut brownie into desired shape.
Place bowl of water and paper towel next to work area.
Spread frosting over brownie to create blank canvas.
Lock three color gels in appropriate positions on color wheel and remove lids.
Dip brush into one color gel and begin painting picture.
Paint until your picture is exactly the way you want it.
