Combine gingerbread cookie mix with 1/4 cup honey, 2 T butter or margarine, and 1 T + 1 teaspoon of water.
Mix with fork until combined. Dough will resemble crumbs. With your hands, form dough into a ball. cover and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove dough; place onto lightly floured surface and turn to cool both sides.
