Place sealed marshmallow pouch in bowl of warm water until ready to use. Pour Cocoa Krispies into large bowl.
Wash pan before use.
Coat medium saucepan and heatproof stirring utensil with cooking spray. Remove marshmallow pouch from water and dry completely. Cut bottom from marshmallow pouch and squeeze entire contents into saucepan. Warm on stovetop on LOW heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallow is consistency of milk. Do not boil. Carefully pour over Cocoa Krispies. Stir well to coat evenly. Mixture will be warm. Le stand for 5 minutes to cool and make shaping easier.

Coat house pan with cooking spray, butter or margarine. Press 1/2 of Cocoa Krispies mixture into haunted house pan filling 1/2 way up the sides. You willl have enough left to make a 2nd house and decorations.
Place hand over mixture inside the pan, lift and flip pan onto clean flat surface or serving tray. Remove hand and tap bottom to release Cocoa Krispies Haunted House from pan.

Create a spooky scene! Shape remaining Cocoa Krispies mixture into bats, cats, and tombstones! Place creepy creations on a clean flat surface, waxed paper, or cookie sheet for decorating.
For decorating pens, knead cing before opening. Carefully cut tips of spouts to form small opening on icings.
Use spout on icing to draw on Cocoa Krispies Haunted Houses and attach candies. Decorate your kooky creations and assemble all treats on a serving tray. Your Cocoa Krispies Treats are complete.
